Training is more than just gym hours for me—it is 'tapasya', a daily discipline that shapes you inside and out. Here is the mindset that fuels my journey and my coaching at Adapt Fitness Club.

A great lift is born from countless small practices. Just as Krishna taught Arjun, a warrior understands that practice itself is his duty. This mindset is what turns daily effort into real strength.

There is always something new to learn in the snatch. It's a movement that keeps you humble and hungry for improvement. Embracing this constant learning process is what makes great athletes.

What you do during your rest periods matters. Instead of scrolling on your phone, focus on your breathing and the task ahead. These small moments of consciousness make a big impact on your lifts.

These are five quotes that keep me disciplined: Show up every day, pray every day, and remember that death is inevitable. These principles guide my training and my life.

Three things have taught me the meaning of life: my family's struggles, my own hard work, and the belief that time changes everything. Keep working hard, and your time will come.

The secret to getting strong is simple: consistency. You have to show up and put in the work, day after day, even when you don't feel like it.

Many people say they can't work out alone, but I believe it's essential for building focus and discipline. I trained alone for the first five years of my journey. You are doing this for yourself, so don't wait for others.

Eat. Sleep. Train. Work. Repeat. Life doesn't stop, and what you have is today. This is a look at my 40-day consistency challenge, balancing training, work, and life.

October is always a month of reflection for me. This year, I learned that the best answers to your questions come from within. Look inside yourself, and you will find the answers you seek.

A shot from my training session in October. This month is about preparing for the year ahead, reviewing my goals, and embracing the changes that come with growth.

About My Journey & Philosophy

Most people wait for motivation to strike, but I teach that discipline is a choice you make before you even step on the gym floor. Whether you are training solo or in a group session in Sector 106, the process remains the same: you show up, you execute, and you learn from the struggle. This isn't just about weightlifting or CrossFit; it is about building a 'svadharma'—a duty to your own growth that carries over into every other part of your life.
