CrossFit Training and Functional Fitness in Gurugram
I believe we do not just train for the gym, we train for life. At Adapt Fitness Club, we focus on technique, discipline, and consistent practice to help you get stronger every single day.
This is the energy of a community workout. We were testing a classic CrossFit Open WOD: a grueling combination of burpees and snatches. The support from the group pushes everyone to go beyond what they thought was possible.
A look inside my training day, which started with a 6 AM session coaching gymnastics skills. Later, I jumped into a Metcon of burpees and wall balls. Life just feels better when you get a workout in.
A Friday workout combining ring muscle-ups, clean complexes, back squats, and a tough EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute). This is what building well-rounded fitness looks like.
This workout is designed to build strength endurance and speed. It's a fast-paced triplet of a 200m run, 7 heavy power cleans, and 5 bar pull-overs, repeated for 4 rounds.
My training is about more than just lifting. It includes gymnastics like handstand walks, heavy back squats for foundational strength, and chest-to-bar pull-ups for upper body power.
We train together, we push each other, we win together. This is the spirit of our CrossFit community. Whether it's running drills or hitting a heavy lift, we're all in it together.
About CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness
Many people think you need to be fit to start CrossFit, but that is a myth. My sessions at our Sector 106 gym focus on movement mechanics long before we add heavy weights. Whether it is snatches, burpees, or gymnastics, we break down every movement so you stay safe and build a solid foundation.
At Adapt Fitness Club, we do not just do CrossFit—we practice it. My sessions combine Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity metabolic conditioning (Metcons).
Most places rush you into heavy weights to make you feel like you are progressing, but I do not. I prioritize the bar path, hip contact, and your mobility first. If you are training at our Sector 106 facility, expect a no-frills, open-air industrial warehouse. There is no AC, just fans, serious training equipment, and a community that keeps you honest.
We run 12-week integrated lifting cycles. This means you are not just doing random exercises every day; you are following a structured plan designed to build strength endurance and speed. We track your progress, log your PRs, and ensure your technique holds up even when you are tired.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your competition prep, we have a spot for you. The community here is the AFC squad—we train together, struggle together, and win together.
