My background as a national-level weightlifter means we start with the fundamentals: perfect technique in the snatch and clean & jerk to build a rock-solid foundation. From there, we move into Hyrox-specific conditioning. We train on real turf with real sleds, wall balls, and battle ropes to prepare you for race day. The environment is raw and gritty—no AC, just industrial fans and hard work. It’s a community where we push past limits because that’s the only way to grow.
