About Our Community: The AFC Squad
The biggest difference between training alone and training here is the environment. When you're struggling on that last heavy set, you'll look to your left and see someone else putting in the same effort. We don't do 'gym bros'—we do partner workouts where your pace pushes the person next to you. It is hard work, but you won't be doing it by yourself.
Everyone starts somewhere, and at Adapt Fitness Club, your starting point is just the beginning. Take Basant, for example. Our Training Environment
We are based in an industrial warehouse in Sector 106, Gurugram. It is non-AC, open-air, and gets hot. We keep it this way on purpose. You are here to build strength that works in the real world, not just to pose for a picture.
How We Work
- Technique First: Even when we train as a group, I watch the bar path and the cues. You won't get lost in the crowd.
- Accountability: We log scores, we track PRs, and we show up. If you are inconsistent, you will feel it in the room.
- Beyond the Gym: From Hyrox races to Yoddha events, we train for life outside these walls.
