Functional Fitness & CrossFit Coaching
I am Rohit, a Level 2 CrossFit coach. My approach is simple: master the mechanics, embrace the daily grind, and build a stronger version of yourself—one day at a time.
This is what it's all about. Pushing through the pain during a tough workout, and then having my son there to remind me why I do it. This fitness journey is for my family, to be the strongest and most present father I can be.
The art of coaching starts with the fundamentals. Here, I'm breaking down the squat movement with a client using a PVC pipe. We focus on perfecting mechanics and building a solid foundation before we ever add intensity. This is how we build long term strength and prevent injury.
Mindset is everything. The photo on the left is where I started, and the one on the right is the result of years of discipline, sacrifice, and consistent hard work. This transformation is not just physical, it is proof that with the right mindset, you can redefine what you are capable of.
This is our 'Ohana' in action at the Mumbai Hyrox competition. We train hard together, but we also celebrate and support each other every step of the way. The energy and camaraderie here are what make our community so strong.
Hitting an 80kg snatch is a great feeling, but it's the result of countless hours of practice. This lift requires a combination of strength, speed, and technique, all key elements we focus on in our Olympic weightlifting sessions.
Training hard is only half the battle. This is a look at one of my go to mobility routines for pre workout preparation. I give mobility the same importance as training because staying healthy and moving well is the key to longevity in fitness and in life.
I am proud to be a certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer. This credential represents a deep understanding of CrossFit methodology and a commitment to high quality coaching. It is my promise to provide you with safe, effective, and expert guidance on your fitness journey.
Taking on the CrossFit Hero WOD "Nate". These workouts are named to honor fallen heroes and are a true test of physical and mental fortitude, combining advanced gymnastics like muscle ups and handstand push ups with kettlebell swings. Every rep is a chance to push your limits.
About Featured
We don't rely on magic tricks or shortcuts here. My coaching focuses on functional mechanics. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, we scale every movement to your current level, prioritizing form first so you get stronger without the risk of injury. We build for the long run.
Our Training Philosophy
Fitness is a commitment to yourself, your family, and your purpose. At our facilities in Koramangala and Rajouri Garden, we don't just count reps. We teach, observe, and correct movement patterns to ensure you remain injury-free while pushing your physical limits.
What We Focus On
- Foundational Mechanics: Before we turn up the intensity, you will learn to move right. This is where we build the base for everything else.
- Functional Strength: We use barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to build real-world strength. Expect to work on Olympic lifting techniques like the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.
- Metabolic Conditioning: Our 'Metcons' are designed to boost your work capacity and stamina, combining rowing, running, and high-rep movements to test your heart and lungs.
- Mobility Protocols: I include mobility work in every session. It is just as important as the heavy lifting. Staying flexible and keeping your joints healthy is how you ensure longevity in your fitness journey.
The 'Ohana' Community
This is more than a gym. We call our community 'Ohana' because we train as a family. You will find that the energy in the room changes when you have people cheering you on during a tough workout. We push each other, celebrate milestones, and keep showing up even when things get difficult. If you are ready to get uncomfortable and put in the work, you will fit right in.
Rohit Chaudhary
I started my fitness journey at 30, and it completely changed my life. I coach because I want to help you find the same discipline and strength that kept me going through my own challenges. It is not about perfection; it is about showing up and doing the work.
