About Martial Arts & Combat Sports
Why I Teach Martial Arts
Combat sports aren’t just about fighting - for me, they’re a type of tapasya (dedication). It’s about discipline, respect, and knowing your limits. My goal isn’t just to teach you how to throw punches or kicks, but to help you build character and confidence, whether you’re stepping into the ring or dealing with life outside. This is my svadharma (personal duty).
What You’ll Learn
We train in four main styles:
- Boxing
- Kickboxing
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Mixed Martial Arts
Every session is designed to push your stamina and technique. Whether you’re new or already know some grappling fundamentals, there’s space for you here.
Who’s Coaching
All our MMA training classes and technique sessions are led by Rohit Bhardwaj, who’s a specialist in the field. So you get to learn from someone who’s lived this journey, not just read about it.
The Setup
Our akhada (training ground) is a 4500 sq. ft. space in Gurugram, Sector 104, packed with all the gear. You’ll find punching bags, mats, and enough room to actually feel like a fighter.
How Training Feels
You’ll sweat, sometimes ache, and get tested. Classes run in the morning and evenings, and they’re open to all ages. Honestly, discipline is tougher than motivation - showing up is half the battle.
The First Step
Trying a new sport is tough, but I offer a 3-day or 7-day free trial so you can feel the vibe before deciding. No big promises, just real work and a combat fitness workout that’s honest.

My Story
6 years running, Adapt Fitness Club is more than a gym—it's my life. Staying solo, I cook all meals myself, always making sure khana tasty ho (food is tasty). Chicken-rice lunch is my old friend. Music keeps me chill, discipline keeps me going. I plan my day, mostly stick to it, and it works. Competing in Hyrox and Yoddha Race is for the thrill, not just medals. My AFC squad is family—rafting, wild times, no regrets.
