Here is a look at the technical details we master in Olympic weightlifting. On top, you see a stable overhead squat, and below, the powerful receiving position of a clean. I teach every part of these complex lifts from the ground up.

I provide hands-on coaching to ensure your form is perfect. Here, I'm spotting a client during her back squats, making sure her technique is safe and effective to build foundational strength. Your success is my priority.
