Ultimate Quarterly Membership (3 Months)
Validity & Schedule
- Duration: 90 Days validity from activation date.
- Frequency: Unlimited access to scheduled batches Monday through Friday.
- Batch Timings: Morning (06:15, 07:15, 08:15) and Evening (17:15, 18:15, 19:15).
- Weekend Access: Saturday Open Gym/Skill Sessions from 07:00 to 16:00. Sunday closed.
Training Scope
- Guidance: Semi-personal coaching with 1:15 coach-to-student ratio.
- Disciplines: Calisthenics (Bar/Ring work), Animal Flow, Weight Training (Hex bars/Kettlebells), and Ninja Warrior techniques.
- Mobility: Dedicated Friday sessions for joint health.
Facility Specs
- Obstacle Setup: Warped wall, pegboards, and hanging obstacles.
- Climbing Zone: Dry Ice Climbing wall, Bouldering wall, and Spider Trap.
- Environment: Non-AC, industrial warehouse setting with high-density rubber flooring and crash pads.
Monthly Flexible Access

- Batch Allocation: Choice of one fixed slot (Morning or Evening) with option to swap with prior notice.
- Weekend Access: Saturday Open Gym from 07:00 to 16:00 for skill practice.
Skill Focus
- Fundamentals: Introduction to Calisthenics movements (Push-up/Row mechanics).
- Obstacle Basics: Beginner-level Ninja Warrior instruction focusing on safety landings and grip strength.
- Conditioning: Daily HIIT and bodyweight circuit routines.

Annual OG Athlete Membership (12 Months)
Long-Term Progression
- Duration: 12 Months full validity.
- Skill Focus: Structured for long-term progressive overload (e.g., assisted pull-ups to muscle-ups, balancing to handstands).
Advanced Access
- Unlimited Classes: Access to any Mon-Fri batch (Morning/Evening).
- Advanced Modules: Progression tracking for Parkour and Calisthenics as strength levels increase.
- Competition Prep: Training focus aligned with internal events like 'The OG 300' or 'Bar Wars'.

About Movement & Obstacle Course Training
Real Movement, Real Results
I run things with a crew vibe here in Bengaluru, not some boring gym setup. It’s all about functional movement classes that actually make you feel strong outside the gym too. If you want to get better at lifting, climbing, running, or just not feeling stiff at your desk, I’ve got you.
What You’ll Do
- Parkour basics - vaulting, precision jumps, and learning to turn any obstacle into an opportunity. Seriously, you’ll surprise yourself with what your body can do.
- Wall climbing - bouldering and speed climbing, plus our “Spider Trap” for testing your grip and core. Don’t worry, harnesses and safety are a must.
- Ninja warrior drills - rope climbs, hanging obstacles, box jumps, pegboard challenges. You’ll train for full-body power, agility, and mental grit.

I care about you moving well, not just looking fit. The goal is a bulletproof body and mind. Every session is scalable, so beginners aren’t left behind and pros stay challenged. Injury prevention workouts are built-in - Friday Mobility sessions are a game changer for anyone stuck at a desk all week.

My Story
Namaskara boys and girls! We’re Aslam and Muzzeta, started Cali OG to shake up the gym scene in Bengaluru. Not your usual place – we wanted real functional strength, not just boring sets. Our fam’s got everyone: newbies, aunties in salwar, Ajay Gujjar, all training together. Weekends? We train local kids, build confidence, keep it street. It’s 3 years of magic, parties, and Namma Bengaluru vibes. No run clubs, just real cubs. All love, always.
My Work
Our Playground - We offer calisthenics training, Ninja Warrior course, parkour, and dry wall climbing. Superhero stuff, not regular gym.
The OG Program - For all levels—even total beginners. We start with basics, focus on functional strength for beginners, and pain-free movement.
Form is King - No cheating reps. We’re strict about form, so you build real strength and avoid injuries. Chin over the bar, always.
Community First, Compete Later - Our BAR WARS calisthenics event lets Bengaluru’s intermediate folks shine. Coaches step back, everyone lifts each other up.
