Why I Train
Fitness isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling strong and confident in your own skin. I’m Master Farhan, and I bring my martial arts discipline into every session. For me, it’s simple: eat, sleep, pray, workout, repeat. That’s the routine that changed my life, and it’s what I share with everyone who trains with us.
What You’ll Get
- We mix old-school discipline with new-age calisthenics for real results.
- You’ll master your own bodyweight - pull-ups, push-ups, squats, core work, and flexibility drills like side splits.
- We also use dumbbells, barbells, and machines for strength & conditioning.
- Expect functional movement workouts and agility drills, not just boring reps.
- Training happens both outdoors (parks in Jayanagar, Fraser Town) and indoors in proper gyms.
For Beginners & Pros
Koi fikar nahi (don’t worry) if you’re new. Everyone starts somewhere. We have special workshops for beginners and all levels are welcome in our group sessions. If you’re lost about what to eat or how to train, I’ll guide you step by step.

My Story
People call me Master, Black Belt, Instructor, but really, I’m just someone who never let go of the dream. XMF isn’t just my academy, it’s my family. Bachche se leke adults tak, sab mere saath train karte hain. (From kids to adults, everyone trains with me.) We sweat, we celebrate, we grow. I see my own journey in my students - every split, every medal, every smile. Yeh sirf class nahi hai, yeh zindagi hai. (This isn’t just a class, it’s life.)
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Training - We teach Taekwondo, MMA, Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing, calisthenics, and weapons like Nunchaku and Bo staff.
Open for All Ages - Kids, teens, adults - everyone’s welcome. Classes happen morning and evening at locations across Bangalore.
Women’s Self-Defense - Special sessions for girls and women, with female instructors. Safe, empowering space for learning.
More Than Fighting - It’s about mindset - building discipline, turning setbacks into comebacks, boosting confidence.
Community & Events - We’re a family. Inter-Dojo tournaments and events to test skills and build spirit together.
