This is what pushing boundaries looks like. A member executes a precision jump during a parkour training session, developing power, control, and the confidence to leap over any obstacle.
Unlocking new skills is a huge part of what we do. Watch one of our members master the kip-up, a foundational freestyle calisthenics move, in just one session. It looks cool and builds explosive core strength.
Guts and glory. A member tackles the rope climb during our OG 300 competition. This is a true test of upper body and grip strength, a staple in our ninja warrior training.

It's 2025, are you still just doing chest and back days? Here we train for functional skills. Our members take on the Spider Trap, a challenge that works your entire body in ways a traditional workout can't.

About Obstacle Course & Ninja Skills
Most gyms give you a set of weights and leave you to it, but our obstacles are different. Whether you are tackling the Spider Trap or learning your first rope climb, our coaches force you to focus on grip mechanics and explosive hip power. It is not about just looking fit, it is about learning how to move efficiently so you do not gas out halfway up the wall.
We built this space in Koramangala because Bengaluru needed a place where gym meant more than just pushing iron. Our obstacle course is not a playground, it is a dedicated training zone designed for total physical function. We focus on three pillars: grip strength, core stability, and explosive movement.
The Ninja Setup
From pegboards to our signature Spider Trap, every station is built to test your coordination. You will learn to manage your body weight through rope climbs, hanging drills, and warped wall attempts. It is not just about raw power, it is about timing and technique.
The Learning Curve
If you are new, do not worry. We do not just point at the wall and wish you luck. Our sessions are built on progression. We break down the mechanics—how to jump, how to land, and how to grip—before you ever attempt the advanced lines. It is about building a foundation that makes you athletic, not just strong.
Why This Training Works
Traditional lifting makes you strong in a vacuum. Obstacle training makes you strong everywhere. It improves your proprioception, clears up your posture, and gives you a level of confidence you just do not get from sets and reps on a bench press.
