Fitness is for everybody, and it is never too late to start. Whether your child wants to explore parkour or you are looking to get off the couch and get moving, we focus on play, proper form, and building a foundation that actually lasts. No egos, just progress.

It's amazing to see kids start their fitness journey early. Gymnastics and calisthenics help them build strength, confidence, and coordination while developing healthy habits for life.

Is Cali OG only for athletes? Absolutely not. It's for everybody. If you're a runner with no sports background, for example, we'll start you with plyometrics to build resilient joints before you get injured.

Kids have a neuromuscular superpower. Their brain-body connection is still developing, which means they learn new movements incredibly fast just by watching and trying.

Kids embody fearless movement. They don't overthink; they just play. They fall, try again, and build strength through the process. We can all learn from that mindset.

Our summer camp is back! We offer an action-packed program for kids that focuses on building functional strength, healthy habits, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment.

About For Kids & Beginners

When you start with us, we do not throw you into a random gym routine. We begin with plyometrics and fundamental bodyweight mechanics to build your coordination. This protects your joints, helps you learn movement patterns the right way, and prepares you for more complex work like climbing or ninja obstacles without the risk of injury.

For beginners, the biggest mistake is jumping into high-impact activities like running or heavy lifting without first preparing your connective tissues. Our sessions focus on the basics of movement. We teach you how to fall, how to jump safely, and how to hold your body in a stable position.

Why kids and beginners thrive here

  • Play over drilling: We treat movement like a game. Kids do not overthink, and adults should not either. When you are focused on navigating an obstacle or landing a jump, you are naturally building strength without the mental fatigue of boring gym sets.
  • Neuromuscular foundation: For children, we prioritize motor skill development. Their brain-body connection is highly adaptable, so we focus on coordination and balance during these formative years.
  • Strict form: Whether you are doing a push-up or climbing the Spider Trap, form is our only currency. You will learn to do it correctly before you do it fast. This prevents the typical 'gym injuries' that keep people away from fitness for months.
  • Environment: Our facility in Koramangala is industrial, not sterile. We use high-density rubber flooring and crash pads, making it a safe place to fail and try again.
