About Strength & Conditioning
Not Your Average Strength Training
I don’t do the usual gym stuff. This is about building real strength that actually matters - the kind you use in a fight, or just to handle whatever life throws at you. Around here, we call it “everyday porrada” (the daily grind/fight). It’s about showing up, pushing through, and coming out tougher, inside and out.
How We Train
- I mix up compound lifts like deadlifts and floor presses for that raw, total-body power.
- Big focus on the posterior chain - glute bridges, hip thrusts - because that’s your engine.
- Mobility and stability drills, like deep squat holds, so you’re not just strong but also hard to break.
- Explosive power workouts: plyometrics (think clap push-ups) and kettlebell swings for speed and hip drive.
- Cardio isn’t boring here - jump rope for footwork and high-intensity circuits to build an engine that doesn’t quit.
Who’s It For?
Anyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re a fighter or just want to feel stronger in your daily life. Men, women, kids - we all train together, sometimes barefoot on the mats. It’s a community vibe, and everyone’s got each other’s back.
More Than Fitness
This is about mental resilience too. You’ll get stronger, but you’ll also learn to keep going when things get tough. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s not for show. Os.

Raw Combat Fitness
My Story
We started Raw Combat Fitness because martial arts is more than just punches and kicks. It’s about the mind, body, and that something extra inside. I’ve seen folks like Priya walk in unsure, stick with it, and end up fighting in the ring, tougher in every way. We respect old traditions, but we’re about the everyday porrada - showing up, grinding, getting better. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or a pro, you come here to train with purpose. Os.
My Work
Combat Sports We Teach - We train you in Boxing, Muay Thai fundamentals, Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Kratos, and MMA beginner training - all levels welcome.
Our Philosophy - Everyday porrada means showing up, thinking smart, and building strength inside out. Not just fitness - it’s a way of life.
Everyone Can Start - Age, gender, experience - doesn’t matter. We’re proud of our women’s self-defense classes and seeing people transform at any stage.
No Gimmicks, Just Real Training - We focus on strong basics. Whether it’s a closed guard in Jiu-Jitsu or a solid Muay Thai block, you’ll move with purpose.
