Fitness is just a bonus - the real deal is learning how to move. Most folks think parkour is like movie stunts, but here, you start on solid ground, in a safe space. At Chaos Faktory, we want you to discover what your body can actually do, not just chase abs or numbers.

What’s in Our Classes

Forget the usual gym grind. Our sessions bring together a bunch of movement styles:

  • Parkour basics, from vaults to wall climbs and rolls - all step-by-step, zero pressure.
  • Functional movement training using your own body, like pull-ups, push-ups, and bar work.
  • Flips, cartwheels, and handstands with mats and full coach support. Safe flipping drills, always.
  • Ninja obstacle course fitness - think monkey bars, rings, and warped walls. It’s fun, trust me.
  • Ground-based moves (Animal Flow) to help you get flexible and strong.

Is This for Me?

I get asked all the time - "I’m 34, am I too old?" or "Zero fitness, can I join?" My answer: Oota yaava age'allu madtivi, exercise yaava age'allu madbahudu (if we eat at any age, we can move at any age). Classes here are for adults of any fitness level. We break stuff down so anyone can follow. You’re never alone - coaches always have your back.

Week at a Glance

Monday to Friday, every day’s got a twist. Early mornings, evenings, and even late slots. Each day mixes things up - from calisthenics to obstacle training, with a whole day just for parkour.

My Story

Started Chaos Faktory 'cause I wanted a place for real movement. Not your typical gym, ya? Here, you learn to move - Parkour, Calisthenics, Animal Flow, all that. Folks think Parkour means 'eguruvudu' (jumping) like in movies, but we begin from the basics, safely. I've also worked as an action director for films like Bagheera, but whether on set or at Faktory, it’s all about fighting fear and feeling free. Age? Doesn’t matter. Come as you are.

My Work

Movement Programs for All - We teach Parkour Freerunning classes, Animal Flow workshops, Calisthenics, Aerial Silks, and Obstacle Course training. Special programs for kids too.

Skill First, Fitness Follows - Here, fitness is a byproduct. You learn to jump, climb, roll, and move in new ways. #getfitthroughmovement.

Parkour Fitness for Everyone - Doesn’t matter if you’re young or old. If you can eat, you can train! Mix of Parkour, Calisthenics, Gymnastics, Obstacle stuff.

Level Up Your Moves - Advanced Calisthenics and Parkour Freerunning classes for those ready to flip, swing, and muscle-up. Weekend specials.

Junior Ninja Movement Training - Kids (6-12) get strong, confident, and have fun in a safe setup. Watch them turn into little ninjas!

Film Fight Choreography - We also do professional fight choreography for movies. Real action, not just jumping around.
