This is The OG 300. I'm breaking down the circuit: 100 reverse lunges, a rope climb, 100 ball slams, another rope climb, and 100 box jumps. The athlete with the best form and time wins.
Here are the movement standards for The OG 300 competition. We're strict on form, from the back knee touching the ground on lunges to full extension on box jumps. No shortcuts to glory.
Competition alert for the women's category of The OG 300. The challenge includes a 15ft rope climb, 30kg reverse lunges, and 45cm box jumps. Would you dare to sign up?
Here are the standards for the men's category of The OG 300. A 20ft rope climb, 50kg reverse lunges, and 60cm box jumps. This is not for the faint of heart. Go all in or don't sign up.

About Competitions & Events
If you sign up for The OG 300, do not expect participation trophies. We are strict on movement standards. For lunges, your back knee must touch the ground. For box jumps, full extension at the top is non-negotiable. We are here to see what your body is actually capable of, not how fast you can cheat a rep.
At Cali OG, we believe in community first and competition later. Our events, like The OG 300 and Bar Wars, are designed to give our members a platform to showcase their hard work and discipline. These aren't just gym challenges. They are community gatherings where the focus remains on personal records and collective growth.
The OG 300 Standards
This competition is a test of weighted strength and endurance. The circuit includes:
- Barbell Reverse Lunges: 100 reps total, back knee must touch the ground, and the bar stays on your back until you finish.
- Ball Slams: Arms must reach full extension overhead, and you must hit a full squat on every rep.
- Rope Climbs: We focus on controlled hand-over-hand movement.
- Box Jumps: Full extension at the top of the box is required before you come down.
Bar Wars
This is where our intermediate athletes shine. We host these to foster a culture of support, often bringing in experts like calisthenics legend Andry Strong as guest judges. Whether you are a regular in our morning batches or just starting to unlock your first muscle-up, these events are about pushing yourself in an environment that has your back. We keep it real.
