Monthly Strength & Conditioning Access
Training Format
- Unlimited Classes: Entry to one scheduled group session per day.
- Extended Duration: 90 to 120 minutes per session (longer than standard gyms).
- Daily Structure: Includes Warm-up, Skill/Strength component, and Metabolic Conditioning (Metcon).
- Coaching Ratio: Semi-private supervision with approximately 1 coach for every 8-12 athletes.
- Customization: Real-time scaling of workouts for beginners or injury rehabilitation.
Facility & Equipment
- Environment: Industrial warehouse setting with concrete floors and industrial fans (No AC).
- Strength Gear: Usage of Olympic barbells, bumper plates, squat stands, and pull-up rigs.
- Cardio: Shared access to Concept2 Rowers, SkiErgs, and Assault Bikes.
- Specialty Zones: Access to integrated climbing bouldering wall and MoonBoard.
Amenities
- Basics: Communal gym chalk provided for grip.
- Storage: Open cubby storage for bags and shoes (locks not provided).
Quarterly Training Membership
Membership Structure
- Validity: 90 days of unlimited access from the date of activation.
- Value: Lower effective monthly cost compared to the month-on-month plan.
Training Progression
- Strength Cycles: Allows completion of full 8-12 week strength programming cycles to hit Personal Records (PRs).
- Skill Acquisition: Adequate timeframe to master complex movements like Double Unders or Rope Climbs.
- Tracking: Periodic benchmark workout testing to measure physical improvements.
Access & Extras
- Full Access: Includes all facility privileges (Rigs, Barbells, Climbing Wall, Cardio machinery).
- Community: Eligibility to join planned outdoor activities like trekking and camping.

I’m not here to sell you a quick fix. This place is built on real strength - the kind that sticks with you, whether you’re chasing a personal best or just want to carry groceries without wincing. Mud and Mettle is more like a family than a gym. We train hard, cheer for each other, and get stronger together. I’ve seen folks walk in as strangers and leave as friends. That’s the real vibe.
How We Train: Group Classes, Personal Touch
Every session is a group workout, but you won’t ever feel lost. I’ve got my eye on you - making sure your form’s right, your weights are good, and you’re moving well. Mobility drills are always first, because I believe movement comes before loading up heavy. Technique is king here. Don’t worry if you’re new, I’ll scale everything to suit your level, even if you woke up feeling meh that day.
What a Session Looks Like
- Warm-up: Fun games and dynamic moves to get you going.
- Strength Work: Big lifts like squats and presses - we love a solid barbell strength program.
- Metcon: High-intensity stuff, CrossFit-style conditioning that pushes your lungs and grit.
- Skill Practice: Mastering things like pull-ups or even handstands if you fancy.

- Never touched a barbell? No stress, I’ll teach you from scratch.
- Coming back from injury? I’ve helped plenty get strong again with athlete injury rehab.
- Pregnant or just had a baby? Special programming for you.
- Already an athlete? I’ll dial in the training to boost your performance - climbers, runners, you name it.

My Story
People always ask—what’s Mud and Mettle? It’s fighting through the messy bits, showing grit. We started this place because we wanted more than just another gym, you know? Some folks walk in after injuries, some just tired of sitting around. Watching them nail their first pull-up or climb that wall, that’s why we’re here. Mud and Mettle is our second home, our fit fam, not just a gym. It’s straight up an emotion.
My Work
Performance Training & Bouldering - Strength, conditioning, powerlifting, CrossFit style group workouts, plus MoonBoard climbing and bouldering for all levels.
Technique First - We drill basics hard. Better technique means more power and speed. No random routines here.
All Are Welcome - Beginner, athlete, new mom, injury recovery, whatever—workouts get scaled for you.
