Monthly Unlimited: Calisthenics & Functional Training
Core Training Access
- Unlimited Batches: Attend any scheduled workout of the day (WOD) across morning or evening slots.
- Skill Blocks: Dedicated 15-20 minute segments for gymnastic skills like handstand progressions, kipping mechanics, and toes-to-bar.

- Climbing Gear: 15ft+ natural fiber ropes for legless and standard climbs.
- Flooring: High-density rubber impact mats for safe drops and artificial turf for sled pushes.
- Cooling: Raw industrial setting with high-velocity fans (no central AC).

Youth Athletic Calisthenics: 5-Week Course
Program Structure

- Ages 4 to 8: Focus on coordination, tumbling, cartwheels, and animal flow patterns.

What We’re About
At Namma, this is our place and you’re part of our FitFam the minute you step in. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or you’ve been crushing pull-ups for years - everyone trains together. We believe discipline and showing up are key. Yeah, some drills feel repetitive or even boring, but that’s how the real progress happens. You vs. you, but always with support from your batch and coaches. No shortcuts.
How We Train
We keep things real with a mix of bodyweight training and weights. Our focus is on getting the basics right - pushing, pulling, squatting, and building core strength. You’ll see everything from knee push-ups to one-arm push-ups, dips on bars and rings, and even getting upside down with handstands. Pull-ups, muscle-ups, and pistol squats come with time, using progression exercises and props like bands if you need.
Who It’s For
Anybody. Seriously. We run group calisthenics classes where absolute beginners move alongside people who’ve been at it for years. Our coaches make sure you don’t mess up your form or get hurt. Kids and youth have special sessions too, especially in summer, so they get strong the right way early on.

My Story
We’re NAMMA. Means ‘Our’ in Kannada, and that’s what this place is. Not just a gym, but a home. People walk in, lost sometimes, and find their crew. We started with the idea that training is every damn day, not just a one-off. Watching folks, especially women, get strong and confident - that’s our high. We lift for causes too, like helping kids beat eye cancer. You come here for fitness, but you stay for the family. This is NAMMA.
