Foundational Gymnastics & Fitness
Training Setup
- Location: Primarily outdoors at Kuvempu Rangamandira Park or indoor community hall.
- Equipment: High density tumbling mats and air tracks laid over paved or tiled surfaces.
- Format: Large mixed age groups (15 to 25 students) training simultaneously.
- Schedule: 3 to 5 sessions per week lasting 60 to 75 minutes each.
Skill Curriculum
- Drills: Rigorous park run warm ups, wall stretches, and bodyweight conditioning.
- Technique: Progression from forward rolls to cartwheels, handstands, and bridges.
- Safety: Hands on manual spotting by the head coach and senior students.
Advanced Acrobatics & Stunt Training
Advanced Skills
- Moves: Instruction on Backflips, Front Flips, aerial cartwheels, and Webster flips.
- Combos: Training for complex chains like Round off to Back Handspring to Twist.
- Progression: Gradual transition from crash mats to hard surfaces for realistic stunt readiness.
Stunt Specifics
- Performance: Fight craft basics and screen presence body language for cinema.
- Support: Intensive manual spotting to ensure safety during high air maneuvers.
- Conditioning: Plyometric drills for jump height and fall hardening techniques.
Weekend Intensive Batch
Schedule & Setup
- Timing: Saturday and Sunday specific batches (Morning or Evening).
- Duration: Extended 90 minute sessions to maximize training volume.
- Location: Outdoor Park or Community Hall depending on availability.
Training Focus
- Curriculum: Rapid warm up followed by deep focus on specific skills (e.g., Backflips).
- Maintenance: Core strengthening and flexibility drills to offset weekday inactivity.
- Access: Full usage of mats and spotting assistance during class hours.

My Roots and Approach
Nanu nimma raitara maga, halliyinda bandiddene. I’m not big on education, but my sadhane is gymnastics and acrobatics. For me, it’s all about practice maadi. If you want results, you have to put in the work.
What You Learn
- I start with basics. Even if you don’t know a somersault, you’ll pick it up here. Handstands, cartwheels, basic flips - front and back.
- For those who have some experience, I go deeper: double backflips, layouts, aerials, full tumbling combos.
- Flexibility improvement is a must for all levels. We work on your body before any stunts.
Who Can Join
- Age? No limits. Kids as young as 3, adults, everyone.
- Boys, girls, men, women - all are welcome.
- Skill doesn’t matter. Absolute beginners, pros aiming for movie/stage work, I train all.
How We Train
- I’m hands-on. I spot you, especially for new tricks. Safety first - thick mats, proper tracks.
- Group classes create good energy. You learn with others, get motivated, and push together.
- We train indoors (full equipment) and outdoors at Basaveshwara Nagar park.

It’s not just flips and tricks. It’s about becoming strong and confident. Connect your mind and body, and see the change. Practice maadi, results baruthe (results will come).

My Story
We are Chang Lean, started by Giri Gowda back in 2013. Nanu nimma raitara maga (I'm a farmer's son), no fancy degree, just life and hard work. Appu sir (Puneeth Rajkumar) inspired us, always. We believe in attitude minus, gratitude plus. Three-year-old child or grown-up, everyone can learn here. If you don’t leap, you’ll never know flying. Simple. We’re here to help you fly.
