Strength is more important than just aesthetics. Here, our members use traditional Indian mudgars, an old-school tool for building powerful shoulders, grip, and core stability.

Here's a little friendly jab at our CrossFit friends. I demonstrate a strict ring muscle-up, a calisthenics skill that requires immense upper body strength and control, with no kipping or momentum.

We do not care about mirror muscles here. You will see our members using traditional Indian mudgars for shoulder health, mastering strict ring muscle-ups with zero kipping, and hammering unilateral movements to correct imbalances.
