What Actually Happens Here
We do boxing and kickboxing, but it's not just random punching. Every class is about learning real skills from actual fighters, not just coaches. You get a full-body boxing workout that's legit - technique, stamina, the works. Whether you want to perfect your jab or just get moving, you’ll find your groove.
Training Options
- Personal Training (1-on-1): For those who want it solo, apna hi space hai (it’s your zone). Everything’s tailored to you, your goals, your speed.
- Group Classes: If you vibe with energy and music, this is it. The tribe’s got your back, poori-energy (full power) on the heavy bags. The community here really lifts you up.
KICK-BOX-CON: The Signature Mashup
This one's wild. Kickboxing conditioning workout meets boxing and high-intensity conditioning. You’ll torch up to 1000 calories - stress, frustration, tension-fusion sab nikaal do (leave all stress behind).

My Story
We’re Bryk Studio, not just a gym—more like a big, slightly sweaty family. When we kicked off, we wanted a spot that felt like home, not just dumbbells and mirrors. Now, it’s all laughter, chaos, badminton breaks, and people pushing past their limits. Everyone’s welcome—first-timers, pros, 20s, 40s, 60s, whoever. You’ll probably be sore, but you’ll never feel left out. Here, you’re part of the tribe.
My Work
All kinds of training, all kinds of people - Personal training, semi-private sessions, group classes, aerial yoga, boxing, kickboxing, strength & conditioning, calisthenics, and ice bath recovery.
