We built BRYK Studio in GK-1 because we wanted more than just a place to lift weights. We wanted a space where you can let loose. Our boxing and kickboxing sessions are designed to do exactly that. Whether you are looking to channel some stress after a long day or want to level up your cardiovascular health, this is where it happens.
What To Expect In Class
Our sessions are a fusion of martial arts drills and high-intensity conditioning. Expect:
