Building powerful shoulders with a seated kettlebell press. This exercise is fantastic for developing upper body strength and stability.
Unleashing power with medicine ball slams. This is a full-body movement that builds explosive strength and is a great way to release stress.
Using an aqua bag for bent-over rows adds an element of instability, forcing your core to work harder to control the movement. It's a great tool for functional strength.
The plank is a fundamental core exercise. Here, we focus on perfect form under our "DO EPIC SHIT" sign, because building a strong core is truly epic.

Our strength and functional training sessions in GK-1 are designed to help you carry groceries, run to catch a bus, or simply feel more capable in your daily life. We swap generic routines for movements that challenge your whole body—think deadlifts, squats, kettlebell flows, and medicine ball slams.

At BRYK Studio, we believe in coaching over counting. We cap our group sessions to ensure every person gets form corrections. If your deadlift form feels off or that kettlebell press isn't quite hitting the right muscles, we’re there to fix it. We aren't here to perfect a mirror-image physique; we’re here to help you lift better and move with confidence.
