We help you try yoga poses and stretches in a ceiling hammock, so you can build strength, improve flexibility, and decompress your spine, whether you’re a beginner or just want a new way to move.
Combat Fitness
We teach real boxing and kickboxing skills with fighters, offer both solo and group training, and our sessions focus on full-body fitness, stress relief, and self-defense for all levels.
Group Fitness Classes
We run group fitness classes where anyone can join in for varied workouts like HIIT and strength training, with trainers who focus on progress and a supportive community vibe.
Personal Training
We create custom training plans for each person, offer one-on-one or small group sessions, and focus on building strength and confidence in a supportive studio.

My Story
We’re Bryk Studio, not just a gym—more like a big, slightly sweaty family. When we kicked off, we wanted a spot that felt like home, not just dumbbells and mirrors. Now, it’s all laughter, chaos, badminton breaks, and people pushing past their limits. Everyone’s welcome—first-timers, pros, 20s, 40s, 60s, whoever. You’ll probably be sore, but you’ll never feel left out. Here, you’re part of the tribe.
