About Aerial Yoga: Defy Gravity
You don’t need to be a gymnast to start flying. In our GK-1 studio, the hammock does the heavy lifting, supporting your weight so you can focus on form and spinal decompression rather than struggling against gravity. Whether you want to improve your flexibility or just want to try something that isn't a standard gym routine, our instructors are right there to help you flip and hold safely.
