Who said hand wrapping for boxing has to be boring? We always find ways to have fun, even if it means holding a squat until you are ready to go.

About The BRYK Vibe: More Than a Gym
Forget the intimidation of a typical gym. Whether you are here to smash a HIIT session or just show up on a slow day, our studio in GK-1 is designed for consistency over intensity. You will find barbells and bikes, but you will also find people who actually celebrate when you finally nail that pull-up.
At BRYK Studio, we built something different. This space is less about mirrors and dumbbells and more about the energy in the room. When we say it is a vibe, we mean it—we have created a space with neon lighting and high-energy playlists that make an hour of functional training actually feel like a good time.
We do not do boring routines. Our classes mix things up with HIIT, kettlebell work, and strength circuits that keep you guessing and, more importantly, keep you moving. Whether you are a total beginner or someone who has been training for years, our coaches focus on your form so you can progress safely.

- No intimidation: Everyone here is just trying to get through the set. You will see people from all walks of life, from their 20s to their 60s, working hard together.

Our classes are small, usually capped at 15 people, which means you get the attention you need without feeling like a number in a crowd.
