About Our Group Classes: In-Studio & Online

In our group sessions, we prioritize safe alignment through the use of props like chairs, blocks, and our Kurunta rope wall. Because we keep our studio cohorts small, just 10 to 15 students, you get the individual attention you need to master your posture, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your form.
