Join our warm, supportive community to build a strong foundation. Whether you practice in our Hauz Khas studio or join our live online streams, we move with purpose and breath.

The powerful energy of a group practicing Utkatasana, or chair pose. In my classes, we build strength and stamina together, motivating each other every step of the way.

A beautiful moment from a group class, using chairs to find length and strength in a modified warrior pose. This shows how we adapt poses to make yoga accessible and fun for everyone.

Students using blocks and wall ropes to deepen their downward-facing dog. This is a perfect example of how props can help with alignment and create a more effective stretch.

Celebrating the festival of Holi with joy and yoga. This is our community, practicing together and sharing happy moments, both in the studio and with our online members.

A point-of-view shot from my mat as my students rest in Savasana. This pose is essential for deep rest, releasing stress, and recharging the nervous system.

Celebrating International Yoga Day with my wonderful students. The feeling of community and shared intention makes our practice so much more powerful and joyful.

Sunday vibes in the studio, where students use props like bolsters and chairs for deep, restorative stretches. It's a time for release and relaxation.

Finding equanimity and balance together. Here, students use bolsters to challenge their stability in tree pose, creating focus and calm.

Life is a gift, and we live it to the fullest on our mats. A group of students finding joy and alignment in a supported downward dog pose.

A fiery group of yogis exploring inversions with the help of yoga wheels. This shows how we can challenge ourselves and build strength in a supportive environment.

About Our Group Classes: In-Studio & Online

In our group sessions, we prioritize safe alignment through the use of props like chairs, blocks, and our Kurunta rope wall. Because we keep our studio cohorts small, just 10 to 15 students, you get the individual attention you need to master your posture, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your form.

Yoga is a journey we navigate better together. My group classes are designed to be more than just a workout. They are a space for grounding and growth.

Why Join Our Group Practice?

  • Personalized Attention: With small class sizes, I can offer hands-on adjustments and verbal cues to ensure you are practicing safely and effectively.
  • Community Support: There is a unique energy when we breathe and flow as a group. From beginners to long-time students, everyone finds a place here.
  • Accessible Foundations: We focus on core strength, mobility, and balance. By utilizing high-density props like bolsters, backless chairs, and the Kurunta wall, we make challenging poses accessible to every body.

How It Works

  • In-Studio: Located in Hauz Khas, our basement studio is climate-controlled with polished wooden flooring, a quiet sanctuary from the city noise. Sessions are 75 minutes, allowing ample time for a thorough warm-up, dedicated asana practice, and a deeply restorative Savasana.
  • Online: If you cannot make it to the studio, join our live interactive Zoom sessions. We integrate remote students into the same flow, providing real-time alignment feedback to ensure you get the same quality as an in-person class.

We believe that when we share the mat, we also share the journey of healing. Whether we are practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa, restorative sequences, or using chair-based supports, the focus remains on your well-being.
