Find your balance in our vibrant yoga community, whether you're joining my studio in Gurgaon or practicing with us live from anywhere.

In my intermediate group classes, we explore dynamic sequences like this Ashtanga-inspired flow. We focus on aligning movement with breath to build heat and energy, always cooling down with restorative holds.

A strong and mobile spine is key to overall health. In my back-focused classes, we work on building strength and flexibility through poses like Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose), which also helps open the heart center.

I couldn't be prouder of my student's three-month progress. Her dedication to consistent practice is a beautiful testament to the transformative power of yoga. It is a joy to witness and guide such growth.

Teaching gives me purpose and peace. This video captures a one-on-one session at my home studio, a space where I started my teaching journey and continue to share the practice that transformed my life.

It's a joy when my online students visit for an in-person class. These one-on-one sessions allow us to work deeply on alignment, explore the body's limits safely, and share soulful exchanges about our practice.

My morning classes in Gurgaon start with the first rays of the sun. We move through a complete practice of Kriya (cleansing), Asana (postures), and Pranayama (breathwork) to energize the body and center the mind for the day ahead.

Is modern yoga a spiritual practice? I believe it can be. Even in a simple forward fold, we can invoke a feeling of surrender and gratitude, turning a physical movement into a moment of spiritual connection.

I had a wonderful time leading a Vinyasa session for the CrossFit community. Exploring different movement practices like yoga helps build deeper body awareness and balance, which is essential for holistic wellbeing.

Celebrating International Day of Yoga with my wonderful community. Practicing together outdoors connects us not only to each other but also to the elements, enhancing the spirit of unity and wellness.

The importance of 'Sangha' or community in one's 'Sadhana' or spiritual practice cannot be overstated. Practicing together, even in silence, we share energy, support each other, and experience true joy.

About Group Classes: In-Person & Online

In my studio batches at DLF Phase 5, we cap group sizes at 12 students. This restriction allows me to provide tactile physical corrections and detailed verbal cues on your alignment, ensuring you get personal attention rather than just following along in a crowded room.

Yoga is more than just a workout, and my group classes are designed to be a complete experience. Whether you join me in the Gurgaon studio or connect via our interactive online sessions, the intention remains the same: to help you build a sustainable, mindful practice that carries into your daily life.

My Holistic Approach

In every session, we blend movement with breathwork (Pranayama) and meditation. We don't just focus on the physical asana; we explore spinal mobility, hip health, and the energetics behind each posture. My studio classes in DLF Phase 5 offer a climate-controlled, noise-insulated space, providing props like blocks and straps so you can practice safely.

Online & Interactive

My online classes are not passive videos. Via Zoom, we keep it interactive with real-time verbal posture correction. We focus on mobility flows, static holds, and breath control. Recordings are available for 24 to 48 hours, so if you miss a live session, you don't lose your consistency. These are ideal for those looking to build a pre-work routine or practice from the comfort of home.

Joining the Sangha

Practicing together hits different. We call our community a 'Sangha,' and it is the heart of my teaching. It provides the support needed to stay consistent. If you are a beginner, do not worry; I offer modifications for every level. If you are experienced, we will find deeper edges to explore. Show up with an open mind, and we will do the rest together.

I spent years in the corporate world feeling disconnected until I finally turned to the mat for my own healing. Now, I share this practice to help you find your own stillness, whether you are in my Gurgaon studio or logging in from your living room. We practice with honesty, focus, and a bit of soul. Hari Om!
