About Our Global San Yoga Family
Whether you are joining us in our Yeshwanthpur studio or logging in from a different time zone, our sessions are designed to erase the distance. We bridge the gap with hybrid setups that allow for real-time interaction, so you get the same correction and encouragement as the person standing right next to me.
San Yoga is more than just a place to stretch. We call it our Swasth Arogya Nilaya, a home for health and wellness where the goal is to rebuild your life. When you look at our community, you will see it spans from Bengaluru to Argentina, united by a simple, profound desire to live well.
