Step into a supportive, prop-based practice designed for every body, from beginners to experienced yogis.

This is the heart of my studio, a space filled with life and happiness. Here, we use props like wall ropes to safely explore poses and support each other's journey. It’s all about finding joy in the practice together.

Using a chair and bolster allows for a gentle yet deep backbend, making restorative poses accessible to every body. My classes focus on using props to help you feel secure and consistent in your practice.

Hearing from my students is the greatest gift. This testimonial speaks to the intuitive and empathetic approach I bring to my teaching, creating a safe space for healing and pain management through yoga.

My pregnancy yoga classes are a special space for moms-to-be. We focus on gentle strength, flexibility, and relaxation to support you through the magical journey of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth.

Our yoga community is all about connection and fun. This playful group pose captures the supportive and happy energy we create together in the studio. Happy New Year to my wonderful yoga family.

Finding balance on and off the mat is the essence of yoga. A pose like this twisted half-moon (Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana) is a beautiful expression of finding harmony within ourselves.

My restorative yoga classes are your time to slow down and find deep relaxation. We use props like bolsters and blocks to completely support your body, helping you release tension and find balance.

With the help of wall ropes, we can explore advanced inversions and feel a sense of total surrender. This practice helps build strength and offers a new perspective, both physically and mentally.

Feel the beautiful, collective energy of a Sunday morning class. Even in simple standing poses, practicing together inspires and motivates us to reach a little higher.

I often hear, "I can't do yoga, I'm not flexible." My answer is always that yoga is not about being flexible, it's about showing up on the mat. Flexibility is a beautiful side effect of the practice, but the real change happens in the mind.

About Featured

I don't just teach poses; I use props like wall ropes and blocks to make every asana accessible, no matter your body type. My classes focus on building strong foundations safely, in a space that feels more like home than a gym.

Yoga isn't about being flexible when you start; it’s about what happens to your mind and body once you show up on the mat. My studio in Hauz Khas is designed to be a safe, welcoming space where we focus on 'Yogas citta vritti nirodhah'—finding stillness in the mind.

We keep our group cohorts small, between 10 to 15 students, so I can provide personal attention and alignment corrections. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, preparing for pregnancy, or just looking to manage daily stress, we tailor the practice to you.

We heavily incorporate props—Kurunta wall ropes for traction, bolsters for restorative support, and backless chairs for deeper alignment. These aren't just 'props'; they are tools to help you explore your range of motion without the risk of injury. From dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa flows to slow-paced Yin and Restorative sessions, we cover the full spectrum of practice.

If you're a beginner or feeling unsure about starting, please know that you are welcome here. We don't just exercise; we build a community that celebrates growth together.
