About Yoga Retreats
Why I Host Yoga Retreats
Yoga, for me, is about merging with something bigger than myself. My retreats aren’t just about escaping the city - they’re about slowing down, tuning in, and letting nature do its magic. If you’re looking for more than a regular holiday, you might find what you’re searching for here.
Where We Go
I pick places that feel alive - mountains, riversides, spots where you can actually hear yourself think. Past retreats have taken us to Ladakh’s wild beauty, the trails near Pokhara in Nepal, and the sacred banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh. Each location is chosen for its energy and the way it supports a spiritual yoga journey.
What Happens Each Day
- Mornings start with yoga and pranayama, focusing on alignment and breath. All levels are welcome.
- We mix in meditation and mindfulness travel experience throughout the day. It’s not just about stretching - it’s about quieting the mind.
- Some trips, like Nepal, include trekking and exploring local culture. The whole place becomes our yoga mat.
- There’s a strong sense of community. We practice together, sometimes in pairs or groups, and support each other.
Who Usually Joins

My Story
Namaste! I'm Bindu. Yoga for me is not just poses, it's a soul journey, a way to bring more light inside and outside. My teacher once said, 'Slow down before you overtake.' I live by that. I love practicing by the lake, playing my sitar, and sharing yoga with others. Teaching Anuradha's dance students was pure joy. Hope we meet on the mat - wishing you happiness and light always.
My Work
Yoga classes and workshops - I teach daily yoga, both online and at my Sahakarnagar studio - group sessions, Partner Yoga classes, Nidra Yoga, and retreats in Ladakh.
Step-by-step practice - We do asanas together, from simple to tough, like my 100 asanas in 100 days series. Alignment and consistency matter.
Yoga for all bodies and ages - You can be young, old, gym-lover or runner. We work on back strength, hip opening yoga practices, and building core.
Emotional and mental balance - Expect to feel more stable, inside and out. Join online or in-studio, the journey is for all.
