Whether you are attempting your first cycle or aiming to finish all 108, I guide you on modifications, like dropping your knees in Ashtanga Namaskara, so you can build strength without straining. It is a space to test your physical limits while staying grounded in your breath.
These workshops and endurance challenges are designed for those looking to move beyond a standard class. When we gather at Sri Subhadra Yoga Shala for the 108 Surya Namaskara event, the focus is on collective energy. It is an intense, two-hour session, but the rhythm is synchronized to ensure everyone can participate safely.
