Deepen your practice through shared energy. Whether you are working with a partner to improve alignment or joining a group session to build community, these workshops are about support, trust, and slowing down together.

Partner yoga helps build a deeper connection and trust. Here, we are practicing a supported boat pose, relying on each other for balance and strength.

In this group partner pose, we create a chain of support. This exercise from a workshop with dancers at Dristi School shows how we can work together to achieve poses that might be difficult alone.

I believe in a hands-on approach to teaching. Here I am observing a student in Chakrasana (wheel pose), ready to offer support and guidance to help her deepen the backbend safely.

Guiding students in partner exercises helps them understand the mechanics of a pose. This interaction is from a workshop where we focused on using a partner's support to find stability and alignment.

A moment of focused instruction during a workshop for dancers. I am explaining the nuances of a pose to help the students understand their bodies better and push their limits safely.

Assisting a student in Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III). With gentle support, I help her find the correct alignment and balance, allowing her to hold the posture with more stability and confidence.

This advanced stretch, demonstrated during a workshop, shows the level of flexibility we can work towards. My custom workshops for artists and dancers are designed to help them explore their body's full potential.

A simple yet effective partner stretch. This forward fold variation allows both partners to get a deeper hamstring and back stretch by using each other's body weight for gentle resistance.

Helping a young dancer achieve a standing split. My workshops for performers focus on targeted stretches and strengthening exercises to enhance their flexibility and prevent injuries.

Demonstrating Virabhadrasana III to a group of eager students. Leading by example is a key part of my teaching, showing the focus and strength required for balancing postures.

About Partner & Group Workshops

In my partner and group workshops, we focus on safe, hands-on adjustments. I cap these sessions at 12 to 15 participants because alignment is everything—you need individual guidance to ensure you are not just stretching, but stretching the right way to avoid injury and actually progress.
