I’m not here to run a regular gym. Bodyforce Fight Club is for anyone wanting to feel like a fighter, whether you’re chasing a competition or just want to push your boundaries. We’re more like a family - you’ll sweat, struggle, and grow with us.

Training Approach

We use real combat conditioning, not just random workouts. Each session combines:

  • HIIT for fighters - short, intense bursts that will leave you gasping and going again. If one person drops, everyone does burpees. Team comes first.
  • Functional strength training using everything from sandbags to barbells. This isn’t just for pro fighters - I see moms, dads, and kids getting stronger every week.
  • Agility drills for combat sports - ladders, cones, pad work. Precision matters.
  • Cardio conditioning for athletes - jump ropes, shadow boxing, treadmill sprints. Expect stamina to shoot up.

Real Talk

Log bolenge, ‘yeh mat karo, woh mat karo’ (people will always say, don’t do this, do that). My coach gave me a saying - ‘kutte bhonkte hain, haathi chalte hain’ (dogs bark, elephant walks). We keep moving. Pain is part of the deal, but transformation is real.

My Story

Name’s not the thing, Bodyforce Fight Club is. For us, this is family, not just a gym. I’m a fighter, a coach, Kannadiga-Mallu, stubborn as they come. People said ‘do this, not that’, but my coach taught me - let them bark, you walk. I’ve seen bullied kids turn into warriors, women find their fire. Here, we make champions, in and out of the ring. This is our meditation.

My Work

Martial Arts & Fitness Training - We train MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, BJJ, Muaythai, Wrestling, fitness. Special Kalaripayattu martial arts classes too.

Fight Like A Girl Self Defense - Workshops for women to find real confidence and learn to hit back, no apologies needed.

MMA Training for Kids - Kids come in shy, leave stronger. We focus on basics, discipline, and building self-respect.

Coaches Who Train With You - Champions teaching champions. We sweat with you, push you, and keep it real.

Our Vibe: Brotherhood, Not Just a Gym - This is a reality check. Seniors help juniors. Women, kids, pros - all welcome, all family.
