About Kalaripayattu Training
What Drives Us
People always talk. Log toh bolte rahenge (People will keep talking), but we believe in showing up and training hard. Kalaripayattu isn't just a workout - it’s how we live. We stick to our roots and let our work do the talking. Here, your body and mind get shaped by real discipline.
Kalaripayattu: More Than Combat
We're bringing Kerala martial arts tradition to Namma Bengaluru (Our Bengaluru) with pride. This form is not just about fighting - it's meditation, character, and self-control rolled into one. Training here means respecting the tradition and becoming part of something ancient.
How We Train
- Training is tough, no shortcuts. You’ll sweat, ache, and sometimes feel like giving up, but that’s where the growth happens.
- Maichuvad stances are the backbone. We drill the basics till your balance and control are rock solid.
- Conditioning is serious. Flexibility, strength - sab kuch milta hai (you get everything), but only if you put in the work.
- Weapon work comes after you earn it. Silambam stick techniques and sword & shield drills push coordination and reflexes like nothing else.
- Our coaches? IKF certified kalaripayattu teachers from gurukul backgrounds, so authenticity is guaranteed.
Who Fits In
This isn’t for everyone. If you want easy, you’ll quit. If you want ancient warrior discipline, we’re your people. You’ll feel the pain, but you’ll also feel the pride.

My Story
Name’s not the thing, Bodyforce Fight Club is. For us, this is family, not just a gym. I’m a fighter, a coach, Kannadiga-Mallu, stubborn as they come. People said ‘do this, not that’, but my coach taught me - let them bark, you walk. I’ve seen bullied kids turn into warriors, women find their fire. Here, we make champions, in and out of the ring. This is our meditation.
