Our training isn't about aesthetic; it's about performance. We combine high-intensity combat conditioning with precision technique on the mats, forcing you to move past your comfort zone. You’ll see a lot of gyms that promise quick fixes, but that’s not us. At Bodyforce, we operate on a simple philosophy: if you put in the work, you get the result. Whether you are a mom wanting to reclaim your strength, a student learning discipline, or a fighter aiming for the cage, the intensity is the same.
We focus on functional strength and combat sports fundamentals. Our sessions use everything from heavy bags and assault runners to agility ladders, but the real work happens in the 'team penalties'—if one person drops, we all drop. It builds accountability. We don't care how many years of experience you have when you walk in the door; we care about your consistency once you're here.
Our facility in Horamavu is warehouse-style for a reason—no mirrors and vanity, just mats, bags, and people pushing their limits. We teach boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, and even Kalaripayattu, but our primary export is confidence. People will always have opinions on why you should or shouldn't train like this—let them talk. Like my coach said, dogs bark, but the elephant keeps walking. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building your engine, you'll fit right in with our family.
