F.L.A.G. Introductory Workshop (2-Hour Crash Course)
Session Details
- Duration: 120 Minutes of high-intensity interaction.
- Format: Group workshop (10-25 participants) led by Head Coach Abdul Muneer and female trainers.
Mental Conditioning
- Psychology: Instruction on overcoming the freeze response and emotional regulation during a threat.
- Awareness: Theory on identifying threats early and debunking movie-style defense myths.
Physical Drills
- Techniques: Instruction on 2-3 high-percentage escape maneuvers for chokeholds and wrist grabs.
- Striking: Basics of generating power using palm strikes, knees, and groin kicks.
- Simulation: Controlled scenarios to test reactions against resisting coaches.
Monthly Combat & Self Defense Membership
Frequency & Facility
- Access: Includes 3 to 5 scheduled sessions per week (approx. 12-20 monthly).
- Environment: Access to gym floor, MMA mats, and heavy bags in a raw, industrial, non-AC setting.
Skill Development
- Striking: Drilling in Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing fundamentals including stance and footwork.
- Groundwork: Instruction in BJJ and Wrestling specifically for defense against larger opponents and takedowns.
- Sparring: Progressive exposure to light sparring with protective gear to build reflexes.
Physical Conditioning
- Fitness: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) specific to fighting for stamina and explosive power.
- Desensitization: Drills to overcome flinch responses and build instinctual reactions through repetition.

What We're Actually About
I won't sugarcoat it. Our workshops are not the dramatic self defense you see in movies. We skip the flashy stuff and stick to what really works when things get ugly. If you’re tired of people saying, “bas yeh kar lo, sab theek ho jayega” (just do this, everything will be fine), you’ll fit right in here.
What You’ll Experience
In two hours, you’ll get a taste of real-world self defense for women. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never set foot in a gym. We start with a quick fitness check, so you know your strengths. You’ll learn basic striking and grappling, not just random moves - we put you in actual situations to see how it feels. Coaches give personal feedback, fix your mistakes, and show you what to do next if you want to keep learning. Think of this as a women’s self defense workshop that’s honest about what it can and can’t do.
Mindset Over Moves
Honestly, your mind is your first weapon. We work on building your mental switch - spotting danger, handling stress, and keeping your cool. My coach used to say, “Kutte bhonkte hain, haathi chalte rehta hai” (dogs bark, the elephant keeps walking). That’s what we want for you - unshakeable focus.
Our Vibe
No toxic gym vibes. Women train together, supported by both male and female coaches. Moms, students, working women - doesn’t matter where you come from. It’s a safe training for women, where everyone helps each other. You’ll feel the energy the minute you walk in.

My Story
Name’s not the thing, Bodyforce Fight Club is. For us, this is family, not just a gym. I’m a fighter, a coach, Kannadiga-Mallu, stubborn as they come. People said ‘do this, not that’, but my coach taught me - let them bark, you walk. I’ve seen bullied kids turn into warriors, women find their fire. Here, we make champions, in and out of the ring. This is our meditation.
