Functional Strength & Combat Conditioning
We don’t build gym muscle; we build fighters. Our training bridges the gap between raw athleticism and technical combat skill, making you stronger, faster, and more resilient.
This is how we build explosive power. Our fighters are seen here performing heavy barbell hip thrusts to build lower body strength and dumbbell shoulder presses for upper body power.
I lead from the front. Challenged to do 41 pull ups for my birthday, I did 45. This is the standard of discipline and strength we uphold at our club.
Another year, another challenge. Here I am completing 40 pull ups for my 40th birthday, showing that age is just a number when you have discipline.
This is the result of purpose over pleasure. The video shows the physique built through dedicated training, followed by clips of the hard work, like dumbbell lunges, that it takes to get there, and the final victory in the ring.
A glimpse into a full body conditioning circuit. You can see our fighter moving between cable flys for chest, high kicks for flexibility, resistance band punches for power, and pull ups for back strength.
The daily grind, captured in black and white. This montage shows the raw effort of our conditioning sessions, including intense ab workouts and powerful pull ups.
This is functional strength training for fighters. Our athletes are shown doing heavy bag work, balance training on a bosu ball, sled pushes for power, and sparring drills.
We combine traditional strength training with combat practice. This video shows a fighter doing seated dumbbell curls and cable flys before transitioning directly into a pad work session with a partner.
Our gym wall says it all: "Nothing will work unless you do." This video reinforces that message with shots of our athletes putting in the work with dumbbell rows and cable machines.
The physical results of relentless training. Two of our fighters showcasing their lean, powerful physiques earned through our combat conditioning programs.
About Built to Last: Strength & Conditioning
Don't expect treadmill strolls here. Every session is a mix of high-intensity intervals, heavy bag work, and functional lifts like sandbag carries. If you're coming to show off, you're in the wrong place. If you're coming to work until you're better than you were yesterday, let's talk.
At Bodyforce Fight Club, we don't care about the aesthetic pump. We care about the engine. Our strength and conditioning program is designed specifically for people who want to move like athletes.
We train in a warehouse-style environment using Assault AirRunners, kettlebells, and heavy bags—no fancy, useless machines. Whether you are doing 45 pull-ups for your birthday or struggling through your first round of HIIT, the goal is the same: Purpose over pleasure.
Our sessions are built on the philosophy that 'pain is part of the deal.' You will gasp for air, you will sweat, and you will be pushed to your absolute limit. We use team-based drills, so when one person drops, everyone does burpees. We don't just build muscle; we build accountability.
Whether you are training at our Horamavu studio or in Richards Town, the vibe remains the same: brotherhood and discipline. We have seen bullied kids transform into warriors and adults find their fire by simply showing up and doing the work. As my coach taught me, 'Kutte bhonkte hain, haathi chalte hain'—dogs bark, but we keep walking. If you are ready to stop talking and start sweating, this is where you belong.
