Monthly Access (Standard)
Facility & Equipment
- Natural ventilation setup (non-AC) with functional flooring (puzzle mats/turf).

- Strength zone usage including standard iron dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells.
- Combat zone access with heavy bags, octagon cage, and boxing ring.
Training Access
- Unlimited access to all morning (6 AM - 10 AM) and evening (5 PM - 9 PM) group batches.
- Covers all disciplines: HIIT, MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and BJJ.
- Coaching style is group monitoring rather than 1-on-1.

- The upper price range includes the mandatory one-time admission fee of ₹1,500 for new joiners.
3-Month Transformation Package
Program Duration
- 90 days of unlimited facility access designed for visible physical adaptation.
- Ideal timeframe for establishing a routine of 4-5 sessions per week.
Training Content
- Daily changing workouts (WOD style) to prevent plateaus.

At Iron Fist Fight Club, I don’t just want you to look strong. I want you to feel it. Every session is about building the kind of strength you actually use in life, not just for flexing in the mirror. We go beyond basic gym stuff - this is about unlocking that fighter inside you.
The Training Grind
Workouts are intense and never the same twice. You’ll find yourself flipping tyres, swinging sledgehammers, and grinding through HIIT for fighters. Expect kettlebells, battle ropes, and weighted sleds - all focused on functional strength training. If you’re after real stamina and power, this is where you’ll find it.
We mix core lifts like squats and deadlifts with agility drills and high-energy intervals. Sometimes you’ll hate it, but you’ll love what it does for you. No shortcuts, no soft stuff.

My Story
Charles here, founder of Iron Fist Fight Club. Been in the ring, coached champs, built this place from scratch. Three years out, trained ten days, won IHFF Nationals—so yeah, never count me out. I’m also General Secretary for Karnataka MMA, working to grow the sport here. Our gym saw the Indian National Team prep for Worlds—proud moment. Like my buddy said, 'illi local alli iroru dayavittu banni' (locals, come by). This club’s my family. We fight, we push, we get back up together.
