Join our studio community where we move together, breathe together, and learn from one another. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your practice, you are welcome here.

A look inside our group class, where we practice together with the guiding principle 'आत्म दीपो भव:' or 'Be your own light'. This is a space to find your own inner strength.

This video shows the flow of a typical group session, moving from seated warm-ups like Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose) to dynamic sequences and cooling down poses.

Students practicing a supine hamstring stretch. This pose is excellent for increasing flexibility in the back of the legs and relieving lower back tension, a common focus in our classes.

A montage of our class in action, from seated Padmasana (Lotus Pose) to advanced inversions like Sirsasana (Headstand). This shows the range of practice we explore together.

A student demonstrates a sequence moving from a kneeling position to Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend), showcasing the focus on mindful movement and flexibility.

Our group practicing Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). This foundational sequence warms up the entire body and connects breath with movement, a key part of our daily practice.

A quick look at the energy in our studio, from students practicing Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) to finding stillness in meditation. It's a journey of both effort and ease.

The powerful flow of Surya Namaskar with mantras. Each of the 12 poses is accompanied by a specific mantra, adding a deep spiritual dimension to the physical practice.

Students practicing Ustrasana (Camel Pose), a deep backbend that opens the heart and stretches the entire front of the body. I encourage everyone to work at their own level.

A partner-assisted stretch, where one student holds a backbend while another performs a seated forward fold. This shows how we sometimes use teamwork to deepen our practice.

About Our Studio Community: Group Asana Practice

When you join our studio sessions, you will see it is not about mimicking a perfect pose. I walk the floor, offering hands-on adjustments to ensure your alignment is safe and effective. Whether it is refining your grip in a backbend or finding stability in a balance pose, these personal corrections help you deepen your practice safely, regardless of where you are starting.
