Yoga is not about being perfect on day one. It is about showing up, finding your balance, and learning to laugh when you stumble. Here is the unpolished path to finding your own strength.

About The Journey: Progress, Not Perfection

You will see bruises on my knees and wobbles in my poses because that is where the growth actually happens. My classes focus on alignment, not perfection, using wall ropes, chairs, and bricks to safely support you through those early, difficult stages while you build your own strength.
