About Group Classes: The Energy of the Studio
My group classes aren't about mimicking the person next to you. I intentionally keep batches small and focus on hands-on alignment corrections. You might be struggling with a pose, but I will be there to physically guide you, ensuring you are using props like wall ropes or blocks correctly so you do not end up with an injury instead of a stretch.
Many people think group yoga is just following along, but at Arya Yoga Studio, it is a community of shared struggle and growth. Whether you are working through a Hatha flow, pushing into Vinyasa, or experimenting with Iyengar-style wall ropes, the goal is always consistency over perfection.
We rotate between Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga to keep things fresh. The studio space in Gujranwala Town is built for this. It is air-conditioned, with shock-absorbing flooring, mirrored walls for self-correction, and all the props you need: wheels, bricks, and straps.
If you are wondering about the hard bits, yes, we work hard. You will see students laughing while trying to hold a plank or using stability balls to find their core. It is real work. We do not do perfect poses for the internet. We do yoga to build strength and mental clarity. Shareer hi asli sampatti hai (the body is your real wealth).
