Real Yoga Practice for Strength and Growth
A glimpse into our studio journey, where we focus on consistency, breath, and finding strength in every pose.
Yoga is all about connection. With yourself, with your breath, and sometimes, with a partner to create something beautiful together. This standing backbend arch is a testament to trust and balance.
This is what happens when you stop saying "I can't". Using a chair for support, we can explore advanced inversions like this Pincha Mayurasana or forearm scorpion pose, building strength and confidence safely.
Finding my center while suspended in the air is a different kind of peace. Aerial yoga helps you defy gravity, deepen stretches, and build incredible core strength, all while feeling like you're flying.
Teamwork makes the dream work. Here we are, creating a multi-person acro yoga formation to celebrate International Yoga Day. It’s all about lifting each other up, literally.
For me, there is no difference between my breath and my faith in Mahadev ji. Finding a moment of peace and meditation before his idol is a reminder of where my true strength comes from.
Taking our practice to the holy Ganga. Feeling the cool water and the ancient energy of Rishikesh while holding a pose is a reminder that yoga connects us to everything in nature.
I'm always here to give you hands-on support. Whether it's your first headstand or you're refining an advanced pose, I make sure your alignment is safe so you can practice with confidence.
The journey isn't always perfect. We fail, we laugh, and then we try again until we succeed. This is what practice is all about: persistence, not perfection.
About Featured
Yoga isn't just the perfect pose you see on social media. In these photos, you’ll see us failing, laughing, and using props to get back up. My classes are about real practice—bruised knees, hard work, and the honesty of showing up even when you don't feel like it.
At Arya Yoga Studio, we don't chase perfection. My approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is a journey of self-discovery, not a competition. Whether we are working on deep backbends with a yoga wheel, finding spinal decompression with wall ropes, or floating in an aerial hammock, we use props not as a crutch, but to help you align safely.
My students often come here for the therapeutic benefits of Hatha and Vinyasa flow, but stay for the community vibe. We practice regularly in Gujranwala Town, where we emphasize physical alignment and mental grounding. If you are looking for partner flows or acro yoga to build trust, or just need space for quiet pranayama, my studio is built for your individual pace. We keep our batches small to ensure everyone gets hands-on help. No fancy labels here, just breath, discipline, and the occasional laughter when a pose doesn't quite land. Shareer hi asli sampatti hai, and I am here to help you invest in that wealth through daily, consistent practice.

I’m not here to impress, just to help you find your own way back to yourself. My studio is a space for us to practice, learn, and grow through every challenge together.
