About Mindfulness & Meditation
I don’t just ask you to sit still and close your eyes. In my meditation classes, we use Tibetan singing bowls to create sound vibrations that help settle a busy mind before we dive into breathwork. It is a grounded, sensory way to switch off, especially after a chaotic week in the city.
Mindfulness is not about silencing the mind, but about finding a way to live through the noise. Whether you are a beginner struggling to sit still or someone dealing with anxiety, my sessions focus on Pranayama (breath control) and deep meditation techniques that actually make a difference in your daily life.
We work in a quiet, air-conditioned studio in Gujranwala Town, Delhi, designed to be a safe space where you can be messy, real, and honest about how you feel. We often incorporate sound healing with singing bowls, which helps release tension that gets trapped in the body.
My approach is built on consistency. You won't find perfection here, but you will find a process. We focus on:
- Pranayama: Controlled breathing to stabilize your energy levels.
- Sound Healing: Using vibrations to reduce mental chatter and lower stress.
- Spiritual Grounding: Simple, non-dogmatic practices to help you stay connected to yourself.
