I’ve competed myself, so I get the nerves, the sweat, and the mental battles. I’ve coached athletes to medals, and I’ve been backstage fixing last-minute posing. My certifications (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NASM) are solid, but my real strength is knowing what actually works on stage.

My Story
Hey, I'm Akshay, born in Kerala, now sweating it out in Bangalore. Fitness, for me, is all heart, not just muscle. I went from chubby to winning a Mr. World medal in Men's Physique - yeah, that took a lot. Started Throne Fit, my gym, after years of hustle. In my world, it's like I always say, 'Snehichal avan daivamane veruthal theernnu narakam kaattitharum' (Love it, it's heaven; hate it, it's hell).
