This is what it's all about. Taking a dedicated athlete from their starting point to a medal-winning physique on stage. This transformation is the result of a structured plan, relentless hard work, and expert guidance.

I know the feeling of standing on the Mr. World stage because I've been there. My own competition experience is the foundation of my coaching; I teach what I have lived, from peak week diet strategies to stage presence.

My coaching is hands-on. I'm there to correct your form on a bench press, guide your movement on cable flyes, and ensure every single rep is building you towards your goal. This is not a remote-control service; I am your partner in the grind.

The transformation process is a science. We strategically move from a bulking phase to build mass to a cutting phase to reveal definition. This video shows the dramatic results of a disciplined bulk versus cut cycle with one of my clients.

Building a winning physique is only half the battle. You need to know how to present it. I provide detailed bodybuilding stage posing instruction, covering everything from the front relaxed pose to the back double biceps, ensuring your hard work gets noticed by the judges.

A glimpse into my gym, Throne Fit in Bangalore. We built this space from the ground up to be a serious training facility, equipped for everything from heavy lifting to detailed conditioning work needed for contest preparation.
