Why I Do This
Discipline is everything for me. No magic tricks, no shortcuts. I believe fitness is about showing up, doing the work, and slowly building a better version of yourself. If you start loving the grind, it gets easier - like we say in Malayalam, snehichal ellam easy aanu (if you love it, everything becomes easy).
My Way of Training
- I don’t hand out the same plan to everyone. Your custom workout plan is built for your body and your goals.
- Nutrition is a must. As a certified nutritionist, I’ll help you eat right, whether you want muscle gain or fat loss.
- Mindset matters. Motivation fades, but habits stick. We’ll work on building habits that last.
What I Can Help With
- Body transformation: fat loss, weight gain, or both.
- Strength and conditioning for athletes, or anyone wanting to get stronger.
- CrossFit and HIIT for those who want to push stamina and overall fitness.
- Post-injury rehabilitation training if you’re coming back from an injury or need corrective exercise.
How I Coach
- I’m hands-on. I’ll watch your form, correct you, and make sure you don’t get hurt.
- I’ll push you, but never past what’s safe. In Kannada, heng barthiya nodona, nan illandre helu (just try me, I’ll always show up).
- Train with me in person at Throne Fit or Vijay’s OxFit in Bangalore, or go for online fitness coaching if you’re not local.

My Story
Hey, I'm Akshay, born in Kerala, now sweating it out in Bangalore. Fitness, for me, is all heart, not just muscle. I went from chubby to winning a Mr. World medal in Men's Physique - yeah, that took a lot. Started Throne Fit, my gym, after years of hustle. In my world, it's like I always say, 'Snehichal avan daivamane veruthal theernnu narakam kaattitharum' (Love it, it's heaven; hate it, it's hell). But hey, balance is key - I need my treks, my gym squad, and those ARMADHAM moments too.

What I Do - Personal training, body transformation coaching, muscle gain, fat loss, nutrition support, and rehab - online or at Throne Fit.
How I Train - I’m hands-on. I’ll spot you, fix your form, push you. We work together, set goals, and get real results.
