Contest preparation is a full-cycle discipline that goes beyond lifting. Whether we are preparing you for a local physique show or a major regional competition, I handle the critical final phases: managing your peak week with specific salt, water, and carb manipulation protocols so you step on stage in your most conditioned state.
Standard gym training will not get you a medal on stage. When you are prepping for a bodybuilding or men's physique event, the margin for error is zero. My prep coaching covers everything from hypertrophy-focused lifting blocks to the technical art of posing. We do not just guess; we use scale weight, progress photos, and technical feedback to make weekly adjustments to your diet and training.
The Competition Prep Cycle
- Phase 1: Foundation: Building the muscle mass and symmetry required for your specific category.
- Phase 2: The Cut: Stripping away body fat while retaining lean tissue through strict macro-based nutrition and tailored cardio protocols.
- Phase 3: Peak Week: The final days are where the look is made or lost. I manage your water and sodium intake to ensure your muscles look full and your skin is tight.
- Phase 4: Stage Presence: Posing is not natural. I teach you how to highlight your strengths and hide your weak points so the judges notice you immediately.
My coaching is hands-on. At Throne Fit in GM Palya or Oxfit in Vignan Nagar, I am spotting your heavy lifts and fixing your form. For remote athletes, the intensity remains the same via video check-ins and structured PDF programming. If you are ready to compete, I am ready to push you.
