A typical training session involves constant communication and adjustment. Here, I am guiding a client through various exercises, including cable flyes and bench presses, ensuring proper muscle activation and safety.

Coaching is a partnership. Here I am working with a client on posing and form, providing immediate feedback to refine his technique and build the mind-muscle connection.

For many, competing is a dream. My role as a trainer is to provide the structure and motivation to turn that dream into a reality through disciplined effort.

About In the Trenches: Hands-On Coaching

Real coaching isn't standing on the sidelines with a clipboard. In my sessions, I’m physically spotting your heaviest sets and adjusting your body mechanics for hypertrophy. If your form breaks on a bench press or your posing looks sloppy, I’ll be there to correct it immediately, because I know exactly how that muscle needs to feel.
