What I Do
I’m hands-on, always on the gym floor with you. I’ll correct your form, spot you on heavy lifts, and push you through that last rep. The process is tough, but I’m there every step. In Malayalam, we say, "Snehichal avan daivamane veruthal theernnu narakam kaattitharum" (love the process, it’s heaven; hate it, it’s hell). I’ll help you build a routine you can actually stick to.
