- Style: Old School bodybuilding split routines focusing on isolation and compound movements.
- Safety: Expert spotting for heavy lifts and immediate bio-mechanical form correction.
Nutrition & Accountability
- Meal Planning: Customized diet plans based on body recomposition goals (Protein/Carb/Fat breakdown).
- Supplementation: Guidance on whey protein, BCAAs, and pre-workouts tailored to goals.
- Tracking: Weekly physique check-ins covering weight and measurements.

My Way: You vs. You
For me, it's always been simple - put in the work, every single day. I’m not here to talk about luck or talent. My own path to Mr. Asia and Mr. India was all about sweat, discipline, and learning from my uncle Kitty Murthy. Either you show up for yourself, or you don’t.
What I Offer
- Custom Fitness for Anyone: I train men and women who want to push their limits, whether you’re just starting or you’ve been at it for years. Think strength, cardio, and core - all focused on your goals.
- Competition Prep Coaching: If you’re eyeing the stage, I’ll guide you through building muscle, symmetry, and that extra edge judges want. We go deep into strict diets, posing (I’ve won Best Poser), and all the tweaks for peak week.
- Training for Camera-Ready Physiques: Worked with Kannada film industry folks who need to look a certain way - I know how to get that look on screen.
My Approach
Discipline and consistency. No shortcuts, no excuses. Nutrition is big - clean eating, but hey, even I joke that waffles are just pancakes with abs. Balance matters.

Sessions are at Kitty’s Muscle Planet in Bangalore. It’s got everything we need, but more than that, it’s a community - team_kitty_sir. We push each other, we support each other.

We’re Kitty’s Muscle Planet. Everything started with Kitty Murthy, our backbone. He’s more than family, he’s the reason behind every trophy and every early morning grind. Our gym isn’t just a place—it’s home, full of laughter, sweat, and sometimes, a little Kannada banter. We train legends like Yash anna, but we’re just as happy snapping a photo for someone with their kid. For us, lifting isn’t just reps, it’s pride. Money? Can’t buy the feeling when you walk in here.
