- Coach: Direct floor supervision by Srinivas S M (Mr. Karnataka/Mr. India medalist).
- Schedule: 6 days a week (Mon-Sat), 60 to 90 minutes per session.
- Methodology: High volume hypertrophy focus with spotting on heavy compound lifts (Deadlifts, Squats, Bench).
Facility & Equipment
- Gym Access: Full use of Xtreme Fitness gym floor included.
- Inventory: Plate-loaded machines, heavy dumbbells (40kg+), cable stations, and conditioning tools (tires, ropes).
- Setting: Non-AC, fan-cooled hardcore iron gym environment.
Nutrition & Guidance
- Diet Plan: Basic macro-nutrient guidance (Bulking/Cutting) based on affordable whole foods like eggs, chicken, and rice.
- Supplements: Unbiased advice on trusted brands for whey protein and creatine.
- Tracking: Visual form correction and physique assessment via mirror checks every 2 weeks.
Full Competition Prep & Stage Coaching
Contest Training Protocol
- Volume: High-intensity split scaling to 2 sessions per day (Cardio/Abs + Weights) closer to showtime.
- Focus: Targeted lag-point training for stage symmetry and functional cardio conditioning.
- Atmosphere: Training alongside competitive "Team Karnataka" athletes.
Stage Specifics
- Advanced Nutrition: Aggressive caloric deficit planning, carb-cycling, and peak week water/sodium manipulation for the dry, shredded look.
- Posing Classes: Dedicated coaching for mandatory poses (Front Double Bicep, Lat Spread) and abdominal vacuum control.
- Presentation: Guidance on trunk selection, tanning application, and stage etiquette.
Mentorship & Support
- Access: Continuous support for rapid diet adjustments and anxiety management.
- Game Day: Assistant support for oiling and pump-up room drills on competition day (if local).

Diet & Shredding
You can’t out-train a bad diet. I guide you through a personalized competition diet strategy, including those tough 16 weeks of strict eating. We get you stage-ready with the right mix of protein, carbs, and fats.
Stage Presence
Looks alone won’t win. I coach you on all the mandatory poses – front double bicep, side chest, most muscular – so you show off your hard work with confidence.

My wife Sangeetha, she's my backbone, and my little rowdy baby keeps me on my toes. Won Mr. Karnataka 8 times, Mr. Bangalore, placed in Mr. India, but family is real happiness.
